You should have a clear read on where your own leak lives, the leader, the team, or the thinking. If you're ready to build the actual system, watch this next.
It's normal. Most leaders don't need more tactics. They need a better system for applying them.
Today, I gave you the ELOS overview, the health of the leader, the health of the team, and the health of the leader's thinking and decision-making. But an overview isn't a system.
And that's exactly why I'm hosting the Stop The Leak Summit, on September 22nd at 7:00 PM Eastern. It's a free virtual event, where I'll go deep on each pillar, live, and show you exactly how to build the system for your own leadership.
Full disclosure, I'm not selling you anything here either. This is a teaching event, not a sales pitch.
I'll show you how to find your own number, using the Cost Leakage Analyzer Dashboard, and how to build the system to stop it, without blowing up your calendar or your budget to do it.
So before you go, make sure you've got the ELOS checklist you just went through, because that's exactly what's going to help you get the most out of the summit and know precisely where to focus first.
